We will take an experience-based perspective to consciously upgrade how we operate within AI-native and AI-enhanced organizations. We will be focusing on three main questions:

What is the Inner Operating System (IOS) and why does it matter in the age of AI?
What does it mean to upgrade the IOS?
How can the IOS framework be applied in coaching and organisational development?

For coaches and organizational and leadership development professionals, this is an underlying structure that gives depth to existing tools and frameworks.
For leaders and other business professionals, the IOS gives guidance to understand the “everything is ok, but something is still not right” feeling.
