WEBINAR:

We are living in a moment where AI is rapidly transforming how organizations operate, make decisions, and create value. Humanity has been tested in many ways throughout history. AI is one of these changes, but not the last one. It’s time to solidify our human value, not only in the current AI transformation but also in the evolution that follows, by reaching out to our connected, inner intelligence.

This session is not about AI itself. It is about the human system operating it and how we can curiously expand our field of connection.

In this English speaking session on 23th Sept 2026 at 9.00-10.00 am, we will explore the idea of the Inner Operating System – the underlying powers of thinking, awareness, and meaning-making that shape how we lead, decide, and interact. We will take an experience-based perspective to consciously upgrade how we operate within AI-native and AI-enhanced organizations. We will be focusing on three main questions:

  • What is the Inner Operating System (IOS) and why does it matter in the age of AI?
  • What does it mean to upgrade the IOS?
  • How can the IOS framework be applied in coaching and organisational development?

For coaches and organizational and leadership development professionals, this is an underlying structure that gives depth to existing tools and frameworks.
For leaders and other business professionals, the IOS gives guidance to understand the “everything is ok, but something is still not right” feeling.
For human beings, this challenges to notice the connection and depth that we are.

Register and join us in this thought provoking webinar. The event will be recorded and the recording shared with all registered.

The Speaker

Jenni Monkiewicz is a Global Organizational Development leader and Country Manager, with extensive experience in leading people and organizational transformation in international companies. She specializes in holistic leadership, coaching, and cultural transformation at the intersection of business, humanity, and future technologies.
Her work bridges practical, operational leadership with a curiosity about human potential, consciousness, and meaningful work. At the core of her thinking is the belief that the greatest opportunity we face today is not technological, but human. As organizations increasingly operate in an AI-driven environment, the ability to understand one’s own thinking, make conscious choices, and lead from a deeper level of awareness becomes critical.
Through Jenni’s coaching perspective, development is not seen simply as acquiring new skills but as upgrading the inner operating system. Her work invites leaders to move beyond default patterns toward conscious leadership and to build organizations where human intelligence is strengthened in the AI era.
