I am a Leadership Coach specializing in coaching executives, leaders, and team leaders, as well as an expert in self-leadership and intra- and interpersonal communication. I coach individuals working in large or small, private or public organizations. Typically, my coaching clients reflect on their own leadership, whether it concerns corporate or social responsibility, ethical conduct, managing and changing their reactions, developing coaching skills, or clarifying challenging working relationships.

As a transformative coach, I support my clients in their deep and long-lasting development and provide them with support in achieving short-term goals. The profound change at the belief level manifests in a leader’s actions and behavior as greater operational freedom, reduced stress levels, and improved results.

I have coached hundreds of professionals, managers, and leaders both in Finland and abroad since 2006. I am ICF certified as a PCC and was historically the first participant in the CBC training in Finland. I have been actively involved in the Finnish coaching community from the very beginning.

I work at BCI as a coaching supervisor and mentor coach for the Certified Business Coach Master program, essentially coaching other coaches.

I have been self-employed since 1999. Prior to that, I worked as a researcher, teacher, and supervisor of theses and research projects at the University of Helsinki. I also hold qualifications as a Gestalt psychotherapist.
