Mentor Coaching

Mentor Coaching aims to develop a coach’s professional skills and competencies in alignment with the core competencies of the International Coaching Federation (ICF). In BCI’s Mentor Coaching program, you deepen your understanding of ICF core competencies and ethical principles through a reflective process, receiving feedback on your coaching skills from a trained Mentor Coach. Your competence is assessed and developed relative to the certification level you are aiming for: ACC, PCC, or MCC.

At BCI, you can choose to participate in either a group or individual Mentor Coaching process.

ICF’s certification system requires all coaches to participate in Mentor Coaching. According to ICF guidelines, the Mentor Coaching process must last at least three months and include a minimum of 10 hours of Mentor Coaching.

Group Mentor Coaching provides an opportunity to develop and learn within a peer group setting. The process consists of 1 x 2-hour and 2 x 2.5-hour group sessions, along with two individually scheduled coaching sessions (1.5 hours each). These meetings can be conducted either in-person or virtually, depending on the group’s preference.

Each group consists of 6-10 participants.

Participants receive three written feedback reports on their coaching skills. During individual sessions, core competencies and ethical principles are applied to discuss participants’ own coaching cases.

Following ICF guidelines, the minimum duration of the process is three months. The program includes 7 hours of group coaching and 3 hours of individual coaching (totaling 10 hours).

Groups have ongoing enrollment.

Meetings are scheduled flexibly according to the availability of the coachees. There are a total of 10 hours of individual coaching sessions, and the process lasts at least 3 months in accordance with ICF guidelines. Meetings can also be conducted entirely virtually.

  1 session of 2 hours
  2 sessions of 2.5 hours each
  2 individually scheduled one-on-one coaching sessions.

• Personal Mentor Coaching includes:

  10 hours of one-on-one mentor coaching
  Spread over a 3-month period.

We offer individual Mentor Coaching sessions for professionals looking to develop their skills or seeking guidance and support for their specific situations.
 

• Mentor Coaching in a small group: 1990 € + VAT 24% per person
• Personal Mentor Coaching: 2990 € + VAT 24% per person

The participation fee can be divided into 1-10 interest-free installments. The installment billing fee is 5 €, including VAT.
