Each session guide participants from the basics of artificial intelligence to its effective and result-oriented use as part of their own coaching work. If you already have basic knowledge of AI and AI tools (ChatGPT/Copilot), you can attend directy to AI Coaching Practitoner Module. Receiving the full AI Coaching Diploma requires attending AI Coaching Practitioner or both modules together. The themes of the modules and training days are: AI Coaching Foundation (3 hours) – optional Part 1: Fundamentals of Artificial Intelligence and ChatGPT AI Coaching Practitioner (3 x 3 hours) Session 1: Content creation (texts, images, videos) Session 2 : Analysis of content and materials Session 3 : Chatbots, Copilots, and AI Agents Language of instruction: English Education is a practical, interactive, and participatory experience where you get to apply what you’ve learned directly into practice with the help of the trainer and the group. The program is accredited by the International Coaching Federation (ICF) for 16 CCE points (Continuing Coach Education). 15 CCE in Resource Development and 1 CCE in Core Competencies. Get to know the trainer Rebecca Rutschmann The program’s lead trainer, Rebecca Rutschmann, is an expert in both artificial intelligence and coaching. She is a professional coach, the founder and developer of Evoach.ai, and a pioneer in AI-assisted coaching. She collaborates closely with EMCC (European Mentoring and Coaching Council) and is building an international expert group around AI-assisted coaching.
